1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and placing an order with Atrico Tech Solutions, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Atrico Tech Solutions.
2. Services Offered
Atrico Tech Solutions provides custom software engineering, frontend web design, local search engine optimization (SEO), Google Business Profile management, and digital brand consulting. All deliverables are built according to specifications defined in client agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly specified in writing, all source codes, graphical layouts, design systems, and software products developed by Atrico Tech Solutions remain the proprietary property of Atrico Tech Solutions until all contract payments are finalized. Upon full payment receipt, ownership is transferred to the client.
4. Client Responsibility
The client agrees to cooperate fully with Atrico Tech Solutions by providing all necessary login access credentials, graphic brand elements, written content copy, and business information required to fulfill project milestones. Atrico Tech Solutions is not liable for project delays caused by late feedback or missing client assets.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Atrico Tech Solutions be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials or services built for clients.
6. Changes to Terms
Atrico Tech Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We recommend that users check this page regularly to stay informed of any changes to our terms.
